Greta has never lived an ordinary life. At 14, she was a semi-finalist on Singapore’s Fame Awards; by her twenties, she was co-founding World Harmony Day after 9/11, sparking a two-minute silence for peace. Her adventures since include stumbling into a Mongolian wedding with her ukulele, filming the vast kitchen operation feeding thousands daily at the Amritsar Golden Temple, and helping deliver a cow on camera to an impoverished family with disabilities in Vietnam with World Vision.

A TV host, filmmaker, and occasional stand-up comic with trademark tap-dance moves, Greta has spent two decades telling human stories and giving overlooked voices a stage—earning a nomination for Best Entertainment Presenter at the Asian Television Awards.

Her debut memoir, Love in a Billion Chinese Chances—a tangled tale of love, culture, and cosmic timing with a dash of sambal chilli—will launch at the Ubud Writers & Readers Festival 2025.
